We are all friends from Steyning Grammar School that have grown up together and we have organised this challenge in memory of our friend Nick Mason who very sadly passed away in July following a long battle with Cystic Fibrosis. Nick was incredibly talented, intelligent and courageous. He was a big fan of climbing and the outdoors and now we (Joe Batchelor, Niall Quigley, Tom Collins and Sam Frankland) are taking on the Three Peaks Challenge in 24 hours in a bid to raise money for The Cystic Fibrosis Trust
Fundraising pageCystic fibrosis (CF) is a life-shortening inherited disease, affecting almost 10,000 people in the UK, clogging vital organs with thick sticky mucus. There is presently no cure. The CFT are the UK’s only national charity working for families with CF and to find a cure.
