Sytner Cardiff 3 Peaks Challenge

We are a group of people who work for Sytner Cardiff, a BMW and MINI dealership. We represent all areas of the business and each of us have voluntered to take part in this challenge to raise £10000+ for local disadvantaged children. We have been training hard, going on regular training walks including an early Sunday morning walk up Pen y Fan, the highest peak in South Wales. As well as our individual fundraising efforts we have held several activities in work including a hand car wash day, a pancake morning, a mad hat day and a 5-a-side football tournament. We are all a bit nervous but are looking forward to the challenge.

Fundraising for Wooden Spoon

Wooden Spoon is a children's charity founded in 1983 that is dedicated to helping disadvantaged children and young people live happier, richer lives. We partner with the UK rugby community, receiving invaluable support for our activities and the opportunity to raise awareness of the work we do. In doing so, we involve some of rugby's top sporting role models in making a difference in the lives of young people in need. We proudly comprise over 40 regional volunteer committees, a central national team and over 10,000 members. All regional committees undertake many local fundraising activities and only spend the money raised on projects in their local community. During our first 30 years, over 600,000 young people benefitted from more than £20 million of charitable support thanks to the efforts of our staff and volunteers. We are proud of our legacy, the work we do, and our ambitious plans for the future.
