Kitsons is a law firm based in Devon with offices in Torquay, Exeter and Plymouth. We have just under 100 staff in total between our three offices. Out of the team of 18, 16 are from Kitsons, one team member is from Wolferstans Solicitors and one from Bishop Fleming Accountants. In addition we hope to have three drivers. The team of 18 is a complete mix in terms of experience and abilities, ranging from a member of the Dartmoor Search and Rescue, half marathon runners and experienced walkers to relative novices. The age range is from early 20s to about 50. The 18 taking part have been split into three teams of 6, with a team captain for each. We are doing this challenge to test ourselves, as a team building exercise and hopefully to enjoy it but primarily to raise funds for Children's Hospice South West - our charity this year.
Fundraising pageChildren's Hospice South West has a chain of hospices across the South West that care and support children with life limiting or life threatening conditions. The hospices are based in Barnstaple, Bristol and St Austell. This charity does fantastic work to support and care for children and their families across the South West and we are very proud to be supporting them. We hope to raise as much as possible through our Virgin Giving page as well as other informal events planned in the next few months leading up to the Three Peaks Challenge in September.
