Three Peaks Challenge Registrations

Fibro Fighters!

I will be doing the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge along with my partner, Pete, and all money raised will be going towards funding research and donated to the charity ''Fibromyalgia UK''. A little bit about me: Im 25 and was diagnosed, after 7 horrible years of numerous tests, in August 2011. Everyday is a struggle, especially after having my 2nd child in December 2012. I ache all the time and I am getting stiffer by the day but I am adamant this condition will not get the better of me! Hence why I am taking on the challenge. My reason for us doing this is to share my story as its not only going to be a massive personal achievement but it will raise awareness and research funds which, although it wont change the world, every little helps.

Fundraising for Fibromyalgia UK

Fibromyalgia Association UK is a registered charity administered by unpaid volunteers. The majority of volunteers are also Fibromyalgia sufferers who work extremely hard, despite their condition, in order to forward the cause of Fibromyalgia. FMA UK was established in order to provide information and support to sufferers and their families. In addition, the Association provides medical information for professionals and operates a national helpline.
