About the group

We are a group of friends embarking on a personal challenge and trying to raise some money for charity by doing so :-)

Last year I raised £500 for McMillan Cancer Support by doing a sky dive from 15000 feet. But any fool can throw themselves out of a plane!

I live in Leicester and know so many people affected by cancer so thought this time i'd raise some money for another good cause that's closer to home.

Fundraising for Hope Against Cancer

Raising funds to be used exclusively to fund vital cancer research in Leicestershire & Rutland. Hope Against Cancer has to date raised over £2.4 million and funded 28 research projects into many cancers including bladder, ovarian, prostate, melanoma, liver, bowel, leukaemia, colorectal and breast cancer together with nursing fellowships relating to patient care through the University of Leicester Hospitals and the De Montfort University.
