They opened their doors in 1991 to people facing a life limiting condition. They help anyone living Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale who have mental health problems with Psychological help, Support groups, Art and Creative sessions alongside their Compleat Cafe and Growth Project (Allotment).</p>
The Yorkshire Peaks Challenge involves climbing Pen-y-ghent, Ingleborough and Whernside, often within 12 hours.
