Fundraising pageDemelza is a charity providing hospice care for over 800 children with life-limiting illness and their families across Kent, South East Sussex and South London. The children's hospices have the opportunity to offer children, young people and families the chance to build memories as a family unit, undertake a range of activities that are age and needs specific that they may not ordinarily be able to access. In addition to this a Hospice at Home service complements the care offered at Demelza Kent and Demelza South East London, with the Community Palliative Care Team going directly into the family home to provide care, respite, an on-call service and crisis intervention.
